COTHM was established in 2002. Its main purpose is to educate students about the intricacy of the culinary arts. Breakfast Attendant and Certified Food and Beverage Executive are just a few of the many programmes available to students at this culinary school. Students will learn fundamental cooking skills as well as how to work in the kitchen properly during the three-month-long curriculum. Along with these skills, students will learn how to interact with others while cooking in a multicultural atmosphere. It also has links to various hospitality companies throughout the world. In spite of the fact that many classes are offered online, expert chefs oversee them and help students with their studies.
