Description
The National Rail and Transportation Institute were founded in 2018 following Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. It is the first university in India to concentrate on training, multidisciplinary research, and education in the field of transportation. The institute was established to train experts in the railroad and transportation industries. NRTI has received the University Grants Commission’s approval. According to the institution, it aims to concentrate on higher education, research, learning, and development. Undergraduate, postgraduate diplomas and graduate courses are all offered by the institution. Candidates who have passed the CAT, MAT, or XAT are exempt from the college’s entrance exam.
Candidates must also attend a personal interview to be admitted to graduate programs. The institution offers a variety of contemporary amenities to ensure that students and faculty members have a comfortable time on campus. The institute offers each of its programmes on a regular basis. The college provides a total of 12 undergraduate and graduate programmes. The institute offers 7 PG-level courses. 2 postgraduate diploma courses are also included. The NRTI PG programs are all two-year programmes. Sixty seats are available for MBA courses selected by a bachelor’s degree with a combined score of 55% in mathematics and statistics.
