Darshan University Claim

In 2009, the Shri G.N. Patel Education and Charitable Trust founded what is now known as Darshan University Rajkot as the Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology. The Gujarat State Private Universities Act of 2021 authorised the Gujarat Government to change it into Darshan University. Its entire curriculum has AICTE approval. The 21-acre Darshan University Rajkot Campus is wi-fi enabled and contains seven academic buildings with a combined space of 3 lakh square feet. Boys and girls have separate hostels that are fully furnished with air conditioning and Non AC rooms. A restaurant, labs, a well-stocked library, and sporting facilities are all on campus.

Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in engineering, management, and science are available at Darshan University Rajkot. Candidates must have attained their diploma from an accredited university. Admission calls for an overall grade point average of at least 45%. More than 100 universities are connected to the Darshan University Rajkot Placement department. It consistently places more than 90% of its students. Project-based learning is promoted to ensure the students obtain useful skills.
