The Institute started an Executive Development Program to help managers, and business owners in Madurai and the surrounding areas refine their skills and become more effective and productive. This gave the necessary impetus to begin the M.B.A. course in 1972 as a part-time program. In 1986, the full-time Top M.B.A. Colleges In Madurai program was launched and soon gained enormous popularity among aspiring managers. It has authorized and accredited the M.B.A. and PGDM programs the Institute provides. Madurai Kamaraj University received autonomous status in 2011 thanks to the U.G.C. Bypassing the C.A.T., M.A.T., X.A.T., or TANCET management exams, and students can apply for admission to T.S.M. The entire pricing system is uniform and open, and there is no capitation fee. The Institute firmly believes in holistic education, provides a dynamic course curriculum, and develops analytical and problem-solving skills in students using various techniques.
