1) NEET

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, also known by the name Premedical test, is an entrance examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for students who wish to study medical courses and dental courses in government or private colleges in India. There is a total of 180 questions in which 45 questions each from physics and chemistry, and 90 questions from biology. If answered correctly, it will fetch the candidate four marks, whereas incorrect responses get one negative marking. The duration of the exam is three hours, and the exam is of 720 marks. The syllabus’s central core focuses on biology, physics, and chemistry prescribed by the NCERT textbooks. 

2) B.Sc Nursing

B.Sc nursing entrance examination courses are for candidates who wish to become nurses or paramedical staff. The course syllabus focuses on human anatomy, physiology, psychology, microbiology, surgery, and genetics. Question paper contains questions related to general knowledge, current affairs, and reasoning too. Entrance examinations are usually held from April- June month. 

3) B.Pharm entrance exams

Students across the country prefer pharmacy courses. Candidates who wish to join the course must clear the national, state, or university level entrance examination. There are various kinds of entrance examinations; at the end of the day, it is narrowed down to the candidate’s preference. Students take the Delhi CET exam for admission to pharmacy courses. It is usually conducted during June. Out of 210 questions, only 150 questions are required for answering. The time duration is two and a one hours.

 4) AIMEE

candidates who wish to apply for physiotherapy courses attempt this entrance exam. Physiotherapy, as a course, helps people to gain physical as well as emotional support. With modern techniques like Acupuncture, Ultrasound treatment, and physical therapy, it allows the patient to improve their condition. Common Entrance Test (CET) and All India Medical Entrance Examination (AIMEE) are the two major entrance examinations that allow the candidate to pursue this course. Other prestigious universities have their entrance examinations to get admission to this course. 50% of aggregate marks with physics, chemistry, and biology is required for the candidates to join this course. AIMEE applications are available online; the candidate has to fill it for the registration. The exam is conducted offline and will have 240 MCQ questions. The time duration is 2 hours, and the admit card is issued online. 

5) CUCET

Central Universities Common Entrance Test or CUCET is an all India level entrance examination written by candidates for the admission in UG, PG and Ph.D. courses offered by all the prestigious universities and colleges. CUCET exams happen once in a year across 120 cities in India. The application is online; however, the exam is conducted offline. Admit cards are issued online, and the duration of the exam is 2 hours. Online registration usually starts in March, and the exam is conducted by the end of May. The exam eligibility criteria are an aggregate of 50% from class 12. By writing the CUCET exam, candidates can opt for any course provided by the universities.
