B.com is a undergraduate program which you can do in 3 years time. B.com covers all fundamentals and advanced accounting management aspects. In other hand, ACCA is an international certification program from UK and ACCA has 14 papers and the first 9 papers covers fundamentals of accounting and last 7 papers covers most advance and professional parts of accounting.
