MASTER OF SCIENCE IN MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGY
Medical microbiology is a 2-year full-time Medical Microbiology postgraduate degree. M.SC. APPLIED MICROBIOLOGY
Applied microbiology is a course in microbiology for two years postgraduate. For this course, the main qualifying requirement is that the applicant must have B.Sc. (Hons)/ B.Sc. 10 + 2 + 3 with two subjects in its syllabus such as Botany, Zoology, Genetics, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Biology, Life Sci, Environmental Sci. With a minimum mark of fifty per cent of the degree concerned.

MVSC in Veterinary Microbiology is a 2-year postgraduate programme, the minimum requirement for which is a bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution or its equivalent examination. The course provides candidates with a good understanding of immunology, molecular biology and microbiology that is necessary for the study of veterinary microbiology.
